Kampot Pepper is one of the jewels of Cambodia. It is also the product which inspired the creation of FarmLink.
Grown in the southern province of Kampot, this pepper has a very distinctive flavour and smell. Produced in very small quantities, this versatile spice has a range of flavours, ranging from intensely spicy to mildly sweet with a floral overtone, with which to thrill the senses. Its rarity and distinct aroma – strong yet delicate, aromatic and unmistakable – makes Kampot Pepper highly prized by gourmets worldwide.
Counterfeiting is common in Cambodia. Because we work directly with the farmers and are members of the Kampot Pepper Promotion Association, Kadodé can guarantee the origin of our products. FarmLink is a vital link in the supply chain. We are the sole processor of the raw product from farm to export, establishing and continuing to ensure the highest standards in the cleaning, grading and packaging of our pepper. These pepper processing systems ensure that our products attain top international standards.
